- I’m considering personal training – what are the benefits?
Forming a partnership with a personal trainer can make your training a lot more enjoyable, and you’ll love having a coach to guide you every step of the way towards your goals.
Along with designing you a tailored training program, your trainer will help you stay motivated, ensure you’re always using the right exercise form, and suggest lifestyle opportunities that can rapidly improve your results – whether you’re looking to gain muscle, reduce body fat or just feel fitter and healthier.
- What makes the personal training program at One Fitness different?
One key difference in our approach to personal training centres on an internal, team-collaboration process we call PCC, which stands for ‘Program Communicate Collaborate’.
As part of the PCC process, every week our training team meets to share and workshop new ideas, discuss member progress, and plan the personal training sessions for the next week – working together to maximise individual results for each One Fitness PT member.
- Do I get to work with the same trainer every time?
Of course! The relationship you have with your personal trainer plays a critical role in ensuring you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals. You’ll be partnered with of our expert One Fitness trainers for the duration of your personal training sessions.
- Is personal training right for me if I’m already doing other fitness classes or individual gym sessions?
Absolutely. Many of our members combine multiple types of training as part of their fitness regime. A regular personal training session is the perfect way to keep boosting your results – it’s a one-on-one time to check in on your form, make sure you’re hitting your goals (or even set new ones!) and fine-tune your workouts thanks to the personalised advice you’ll receive from your trainer.
- How much does personal training cost?
Our Personal Training membership package is $91 per week and includes a weekly personal training session as well as 24/7 access to our gym (so you can sweat through your personalised program as many times a week as you like!). The One Total membership package is $110 per week and includes all of the above as well as unlimited small group training.
- Can I trial a personal training session to see if it’s for me?
Absolutely! We offer a 30 minute complimentary session so that you can check out a personal training session, and find the right trainer to help you hit your fitness goals.
