We’ve come a long way since we opened our doors in 1996 as one of Australia’s original personal training studios. Right from the start, we knew that the old-school gym experience—crowded, impersonal, and intimidating—wasn’t for everyone.

So we built something different. A space where every workout feels personal. Where science meets support. And where community means everything.

Fast forward nearly 30 years, and that same philosophy still drives us. We were ahead of the curve launching small group training in 2008—before HIIT became a household name. And in 2013, we pioneered 24/7 access in Melbourne, giving our members the freedom to train whenever it suits them.
