There’s nothing worse than running late for your fitness class! Our Small Group Training sessions have rolling start times every three minutes – so you’ve got flexibility to suit your schedule.

We love a tough workout, but we also know the importance of recovery. Our timetable features a variety of HIIT classes to get your heart rate up, as well as ROM (Range-of-Motion) classes to increase mobility.
